Step-by-Step Claims Process

Note: No admission, offer, promise, or payment shall be made by or on behalf of the insured without written consent from the company.

Report the accident to the police.

Visit one of our nearest Atlantic Insurance Offices or Agents to report the accident.

Provide a copy of your Social Security identification or Passport.

Provide a copy of your driver’s license.

Provide a copy of the certificate of title.

Provide the receipt for the Police Report.

Provide at-the-scene photographs of the accident if available.

Provide an estimate for repairs.

Provide a medical report, invoice, and/or receipts if bodily injury is involved.
